As approved by the Board of Directors, WEKAF Philippines and the Organizing Council, I am inviting all CHARTER MEMBERS to attend the 10th WEKAF World Championship on July 22-25, this year in Cebu City. Appropriate honors and distribution of awards to all the founding members will serve as the highlight of the entire event, and considering this will mark the first time ever that recognition rites are bestowed on these select individuals, we hope that each will make a special voyage for the occasion.
Note : Charter members are those who were present during the first world Championship and Congress on August 11-13, 1989 in Cebu City. And who were signatories to the WEKAF charter
I urge all Officers, Directors and members to encourage charter members to attend the celebration which also mark as the 19th year of WEKAF’s existence. Next week, we will post and publish the names of the charter members.

All Directors and Officers are requested to communicate early with the Organizing Council all matters that concern team composition, player's, events / categories, hotel preference and flight schedule.
Formal invitations, detailed program of activities, and other information materials will be circularized next week and corresponding by posted in various websites. The following countries are invited to attend and participate, to wit :
